How long does a voucher last?

All vouchers unless otherwise stated are valid for 12 months from the date they are purchased.

What is the name of the company I will see on my payment card statement?

The voucher payment will be shown on your statement as Gift Voucher UK

How do you use a voucher?

To use a voucher you will first need to make a booking with the appropriate salon. Please ensure you quote the unique voucher reference number at the time of booking and bring the voucher with you to your appointment

I have a problem with my voucher purchase?

If you have a problem with your voucher purchase please call the voucher helpline on 0330 024 9033. For any issues regards an appointment please call the salon direct.

Help I've lost my voucher

We can process a lost voucher by the purchaser only. For lost vouchers please do not call as we will need to open an official case. Please have the purchaser contact us via email at vouchers@giftbonobo.co.uk where we will need to take details from the card used to make the original payment

Can I refund a voucher?

You can refund a voucher up to 14 days after purchase. Thereafter refunding a voucher is at the discretion of Matthew Curtis Limited. Only the purchaser can refund a voucher. To request a refund please email us your voucher to vouchers@giftbonobo.co.uk Terms and conditions do apply.
